bestmate provides a digital twin service that allows users to create AI-powered assistants trained on their knowledge and communication style. The Service enables automated responses to queries on behalf of users through various platforms and integrations.

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to train your digital twin ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a license to use, process, and store this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BESTMATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
